EL ALAMEIN, Egypt, Oct. 3 (Xinhua) -- Egypt's Alamein Africa Forum is helping turn the African Union's Agenda 2063 vision into concrete action to boost investment, trade, development and technology across Africa, Egyptian Minister of Planning and Economic Development Ahmed Rostom has said.
