CAIRO, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on Sunday reaffirmed Egypt's efforts to advance a political solution to the Sudan crisis, help end the war and alleviate the humanitarian suffering of the Sudanese people. Sisi made the remarks during a meeting with Chairman of Sudan's Transitional Sovereign Council Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan on the sidelines of the 8th Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union in Egypt's New Alamein, the Egyptian presidency said in a statement.
